Letting go of past hurts enhances your heart’s capacity to love more deeply. Walk away from the drama that people are creating around you and recognise the drama that you are creating. Be gentle with yourself and have compassion for everyone involved as you forgive past hurts and judgments that you have placed on yourself or that others have placed on you. End the struggle and push to make things happen. End the replays of the same movie from the past. It is the past: we cannot change it, only learn from it.
Begin by organising your life, your home and your career. It is up to you to take charge of your own life. What will make you happy?
Begin to be happy now by setting your boundaries as to what is acceptable to you and what is not. If your home is disorganised, it is a reflection of the drama in your life.
