One on One coaching Involves working with Trish Harris to help you reach your goals. This type of coaching can be beneficial for individuals who wish to make changes in their lives but lack the confidence or ability to do so independently. This form of coaching can also benefit individuals who have tried other methods but have not achieved the level of success they desired.

Be realistic about what you can expect from the experience. This approach is not a magic bullet that will solve all of your problems overnight. Rather, it is a process that takes time and effort. Be patient and be willing to put in the work, and you will see results.

I will work with you to create a plan tailored to your individual needs and will help you stay accountable and motivated throughout the process.

Finally, don’t be afraid to ask for help. A good coach will be more than happy to answer any questions you have or offer assistance if needed.

The best thing about coaching is that it can help people with various goals, all of which are different. However, they all have one thing in common: they want to reach those goals. With Trish Harris’s one-on-one coaching sessions, you will learn how to set achievable goals and stay motivated.

  • We’ll work together to set goals that are right for you

LETTING GO OF BAGGAGE

How Issues Become Emotional Baggage

What makes us not deal with issues as they come up? Actually, there is a range of things.

It could be because of how we have seen our parents deal with issues. Children learn fast – and their first learning is through observation and then through mimicking. For example, they may see their parent just throw up their hands in despair and say ‘I give up’ just before they walk out of the house.

It could be because we haven’t been taught the skills to cope with tough and painful situations. Often, when things happen to us that we have no control over, it can leave us feeling helpless and believing that things are not fair.

Some of us believe that we don’t deserve good things or happiness because of what we have been told as young people, and so we create situations where we sabotage the good things in our lives. We have lost confidence in ourselves to cope, and so we give up.

Navigating the stages of divorce grief can be mentally and emotionally challenging, but there is life after divorce. Here’s what to know. Life After Divorce-Coaching sessions help you move forward after a divorce

There are five stages of grief that people typically experience when healing from a divorce, much like the process people undergo when mourning the death of a loved one. That said, these five stages of divorce grief are not always linear, and a person may experience the first four stages of grief from a divorce and then revisit feelings of denial or anger again several months or even years later. In other words, if you are facing the end of a marriage, expect ups and downs, but also remember to know that you will survive — and ultimately thrive.

The period after your divorce is when the real work begins. This is your chance to reinvent yourself and your life.

The end of a marriage can be devastating, but you can get through this with the help of friends, family and coaching

As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, group coaching continues to shine as an effectual strategy for personal and professional development. In the realm of leadership, learning, growth, and change, it’s hard to rival the unique experience it brings to the table. But just what is group coaching? And how can it foster a culture of shared learning and collective empowerment?

Group coaching can be defined as an interactive process where a professional coach supports and facilitates learning and development in a small group setting. Unlike traditional one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching thrives on the collective wisdom, diverse perspectives, and mutual support within the group.

Group coaching can offer unique learning opportunities that traditional coaching methods might miss. Some of these are:

  • Fostering camaraderie and mutual support among the participants
  • Sharing of diverse perspectives contributing to a rich learning experience
  • Cost-effective compared to one-on-one sessions
  • Enhances networking and collaborative skills
  • Fosters accountability and drives behavioural change
