Trish has been an inspirational guide for me through the last few years. Troublesome family dynamics have taken a toll on me emotionally, physically and spiritually. I have known Ms. Patricia (Trish) Harris Armstrong since 2015 as a friend and a Qigong instructor. Trish has knowledge of my many illnesses that has restricted movement and my ability to walk during a flare up. She has spent many hours with me in the pool, at the parks and motivating me to walk using a technique of Qigong by teaching me how to balance, centre, walking and create Qi flow throughout my body. At one point I was hospitalized for months and when I was home, she really looked into certain movements to help me walk and regain my energy. She is devoted in helping people through Qigong and even in her work, she implements Qigong as a life coach. When we used to community in the pool, she invites others to join in and tells them all about Qigong. I know Trish is devoted to the Qigong teaching and to have the courage to go to China on her own was amazing. She inspires people to learn more about Qigong and has the knowledge to help others. I am thankful and appreciate meeting a kind soul who is willing to help others.
